Inspired by the architecture of the Therme Vals, by its pure forms and colors, by stone, light and water, the stage director and choreographer Giorgio Madia found the ideal place to reflect on the human and all natural experience of beauty and how it matters life. Claude Debussy’s PRELUDE TO THE AFTERNOON OF A FAUN opens up a very sensual perception of nature. The dance video aims to reveal the breathtaking aesthetics of the Therme Vals by introducing choreography into the unique architectural space, captivated by another moving eye – as a film.
